Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into our Terms of Service and governs your use of the Curriculum Tracker platform ("Service").
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Illegal Activities: Using the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Security Violations: Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities, or attempting to access data not intended for you.
- Interference: Interfering with the proper working of the Service, including any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Infringement: Uploading or sharing any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Content Standards
All User-Generated Content, including messages in the Class Log and notes on progress, must not:
- Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or hateful.
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Contain any Personal Data relating to students or any other sensitive information that is not strictly required for the intended use of that feature. Users are expressly prohibited from entering student names, initials, or other identifiers into any free-text field.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice for any violation of this policy. We may also report any unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you agree to notify us immediately by contacting us via the details on our website.
